Ladies; nasuea. Neg test?

So I've been being sick this morning,not due on for another 4 days glow has told me NOT to test but I gathered if I'm throwing up that it would show up if I am it looks like bile the same colour and taste as my other two pervious pregnancys ladies what could it be can t be too early to test help
