Cartilage piercing

Okay so....I got my helix pierced at the start of January this year and it was sore on and off for a bit...and then I got the bar in it changed to a smaller bar but there was a tiny pressure blister so I had to put Astpro clear dissolved in water in the blister to shrink it until I could change the smaller bar to a gold ring ( because I only wear gold and the bar was silver). The pressure blister had gone down so around 2 weeks ago I got it changed to a gold plated ring to see how it went. It was okay for like the first 3 days but it then started to hurt and had some puss around it . I then started putting antiseptic spray on it ( and still am) and it there isn't as much puss anymore but I feel like the pressure blister at the front and back are getting a bit bigger( they aren't that big). So I am putting tee trea oil on 2 times a week,antiseptic  spray (2 times a day) and the stuff in vitamin e tablets twice a day. I really just don't want the blisters to get worse. Do you think this will help? Or do you have any other ideas that may help? Because I really want to keep the ring on but I just want the pressure blisters to go away.
