I hit my new cartilage piercing very hard?!
this morning I accidentally hit my cartilage piercing very hard. now it looks swollen and red and it feels very warm to the touch.. I got it pierced about 4 days ago. sometimes i sleep on it, not directly on my ear I lift my head up a little if that makes sense. I clean it twice a day with sea salt and water. please help me did i infect my piercing? 
usually I'd have the bar sticking out as the piercer out a very long bar but now it doesn't please help?!
