How long were u mommies at 1cm? Plus 50% effaced now. I'm 33.4 weeks and I have been having so much pain down there along with contractions. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. I know its still early for baby to arrive. I was just wondering with all this pain if its making me dilate any more. :(
