How do I stay awake??

I work full time but I cannot seem to stay awake!!! Anybody have any good ideas on what helps you stay awake???

Eating citrus fruits really helps to give me that little boost to wake my body up ☺️

I was beyond tired even with naps.  I started taking iron and it helped so much!  (my prenatal didn't have iron in it). I felt so much better within 3 days....  I am boarding anemic   especially during pregnancy and/or around my period.

What really helps me is drinking gatorade and waking up early and going on a morning walk and a walk around diner time being active really helps me (:
