Pregnancy

So here I am, 4 months after my left ovary and Fallopian tube removal surgery and I'm ready to have a baby! I don't wanna wait till it's too late and me and my fiancé have been having unprotected sex for months, we have talked about having a baby and both agree we are ready to do it. The problem is it's been months of baby making and no luck, I'm about to start my period tomorrow. I'm very upset because we tried so hard and I'm starting to get scared on if it's even possible for me. Does anyone have any helpful tips or wise words so I don't loose hope
