How do they determine how dilated you are?
The doctor i saw today said my cervix is 1cm and she could stick her whole finger in.. but yet online she put in that I was 0cm and 20% effaced? Wouldn't i be 1cm then? Not 0? She also said to me i had 9.5 cm to go... whivh makes no sense if before that she said i was 1cm
