Hey! I am 6 weeks along, and have no symptoms. My breasts were tender, now they aren't very sensitive at all. I haven't had any nausea. I also don't have cramping, or spotting. Should I be worried? I'm so nervous and paranoid that these are signs of miscarriage coming. I have a mini panic attack when I think about it.
