Positive ovulation test 2 days after period??!!

Hi all

I am a new mom and my daughter I'd 11 weeks old.

I am on no form of contraception, 3 weeks ago today I had unprotected sex (like an idiot) with my ex partner and he did 'pull out' but I know you can still get pregnant. Well I've thought nothing of it, I have previous endometriosis as well... but the past week or so my belly has gone really swollen, I've been getting a bit of nausea, I constantly want to eat, and keep getting a sharp pain in my back. Anyway I was looking through my cupboards for something and I came across a few 'in date' ovulation test, so I thought I'd do them (just out of curiosity, I did not want to get pregnant again) and it came up positive, so I done one a day after and that came up positive aswell😕 but I only came off my period 2 days ago...? Can someone give me some advice please?
