Guy didn'tnt text after hang out?

Went to hang out, or what I thought until he held my hand. I gave him a penny and told him to make a wish in the fountain. We both made our wish, the he tried to guess what I wish for. After two guesses he said "did you wish for this" and kissed me😍😍. It felt just like my first kiss. I told him I didn't want us to become a thing. He agreed since I'll be moving soon. He did say he wanted us to do something before I leave.
