9 weeks with bad morning sickness 😞

Earlier today we were going out to eat and I threw up in the car ! I felt so horrible !! 😭 anyone have any remedies they do for morning sickness ? It's been so bad these last few days. It's on and off all day and night! Please any suggestions on what could help me a little. Thank you!
