Hi ladies! You've all helped me out (tremendously!) before when I needed help in the kitchen, so I'm hoping to call upon your help once more! I've been feeling a little under the weather, so spent the better part of the day in bed. I'm feeling much better now though & wanted to give my hubby a break & whip up a quick dinner for the fam. The only thing I have defrosted atm is a package of chicken breast strips & have no freakin clue what to do with it! I guess my brain isn't fully working yet, but does anyone have a quick & easy (& yummy too!) chicken recipe they'd like to share? The troops are getting hungry and I'm at a loss as to what to make!
