Pain in the land down under
So every once in a while I have some bad pelvic floor aches, usually around my period and sometimes after sex. Its not usually enough to concern me though. Today though all of a sudden my lady bits, the muscles there, and my lower abdomen and back are hurting so bad. I've been sobbing in bed. Anyone else experience this?
