HPV-Genital Warts

I found out I had genital warts about 10 years ago. I had a 9 month breakout that was pure hell. Since than I have never had any signs nor symptoms of genital warts what so ever. Just the occasional abnormal Pap smear. I hadn't thought about it in years, but I do feel around every once in a while to make sure I don't have Any new ones. I am currently 6 1/2 weeks pregnant and  Today I was sitting on the couch and noticed a small bump, toward the top of my vagina, on the left side by where my lips start to form (by the slit). I can't tell if it is a wart or if it is just a bump. I did try and investigate as much as I could but I can't tell. After the swelling went down, it appeared to be flat. I am just freaking out a little bit. Has anyone not had a break out in years and had them suddenly reappear once they were pregnant? I know my immune system is down, but is it downs enough to cause another outbreak?
