Does anybody else's nausea feel like this?

My first pregnancy when I felt nauseous it was just that. I just felt like I had to puke. My last pregnancy (ended in miscarriage) and currently, the nausea starts out as something else. Hard to describe. Almost like an adrenaline rush, it even feels like my heart is pounding harder maybe a bit quicker, dizzy, and this butterfly feeling all over me. The way butterflies feel in the stomach on a roller coaster ride, but all over. It's overwhelming. At the same time I feel SO exhausted. I feel like I could faint. Eventually it turns into nausea and I'll throw up. Can anyone at all relate? The feeling is really quite worrying.
