does anyone else ever look at their body and think, yeah i should totally start working out! you get excited and happy about exercise and then you start to plan out what you're going to do and you get depressed? ill start to research some exercises and foods to eat and then i just get extremely upset because i lose all motivation to exercise and i decide to lay in bed and mope because i can't gather enough energy to actually get up and workout..
