Abuse?

My boyfriend of 6 months and I were doing last minute summer homework and he hasn't read a single page of the book hes supposed to read. He was on YouTube so I grabbed his phone from him and ran and when he caught up to me he twisted my arm behind me like how you would in an action movie and kept twisting it until I gave his phone back. It hurt so bad I started crying. He was playing around but still. What do you guys think? Btw he did apologize.
