Doctor hinting at c-section...

So I went to the doctor at 38.5 and he said I'm half a cm dilated and my cervix is anterior and the baby is still head down. But the ultrasound weight estimate at 37.5 was saying she's already 7.9 lbs, which I know these can be off 2 lbs either way. But at every appointment he has been hinting at a c section and I feel it's because it would be more convinient to him. He hasn't said anything about not thinking the baby would fit through etc. but he says since I'm not dilating a lot (which I know it can happen overnight) and keeps asking what I want to do. And I feel like he shouldn't even be trying to pressure me into a c section until I'm at my due date and there's still no changes going on down there. People deliver 10 lb babies all the time nanturally and she may not even be as big as the think. Advice please on what you guys think! Ftm here
