Before your water broke did you have any signs first or was it husy unexpected?

It was totally unexpected. I was asleep in bed and went to turn over, and I felt a tiny pop and a gush. I was half asleep and straight up thought I pissed my pants. I stood up and sure enough, more gushing. I woke up my husband and told him my water broke and he was like, "do you need to go to the hospital?" 😒😑 Unless you're cool with him being born in our bed! 😳

They broke mine at the hospital after 2 hours of labor and 7cm dilated.

I had been having contractions for about 12 plus hours. They weren't getting closer together or more intense, in fact they had nearly stopped completely. Got up to go to the bathroom at about midnight and a huge gush of fluid poured out. I initially too thought I must of wee'd but it kept coming for ages and I had no control over it.
