Okay I've been having period like cramps for about an hour now. They don't really stop and restart they're consistent. They'll peek and then go back to a light cramp but never completely stops. Everyone is telling me to time them but I can't. I'm drinking cold water as I type and have been in bed this whole time. This isn't contractions right? I don't need to make plans for someone to take me to the hospital or anything they're just normal cramps??? It's 11:42 here and BF is asleep and my mom takes sleeping pills and I'm really hoping I don't have to beg someone to take me to the hospital for just a false alarm.
