Here we go again

I'm 7 weeks today. I started spotting yesterday bleeding today. This is the second time during this pregnancy. It happened the 16th of July. Yesterday I was still having pregnancy symptoms. Not sure today too early to tell yet. I was supose to go in for my 8 week scan next week. Looks like they'll have to fit me in today. I'm not having any back pain like I did my 1st miscarriage. I feel like I'm on my period. I'm so confused.

Update

I am now bleeding heavily. I went to get in the shower and I felt a gush. I'm still having morning sickness. But my cramping is getting worse. My dr opens at 9 less then an hr so I'll call them here soon.
