7 week ultrasound - no heartbeat

Has anyone not seen a heartbeat at 7 weeks and had a good outcome? The gestational sac was measuring the right size, the baby was measuring 5w6d, and no yolk sac that they could see. I'm still praying that a miracle happens, but the doctor says it most likely isn't a normal pregnancy, and I'll likely miscarry. I still feel pregnant, but I just don't know what to think. This is my first pregnancy, after 7 years of trying. 🙏
