What to actually pack in my hospital bag?

I'm almost 30 weeks and I'm thinking of packing mine & babys bag in about 3 weeks since I'm high risk and don't wanna risk going into labor early n not being prepared. Anyways, what do I really need to pack? I'm a FTM so I have no clue. Lol

Don't over pack. First there's no room to store,  plus no need for it, and sucks having to bring everything home when your focusing on baby.
License
Insurance card
Maternity bra and top
Phone charger
Toiletries (hospital does provide most)
Hair ties 
Tooth brush
Snacks (if you want)
Car seat
Hat, mittens (for baby helps not scratch the face)
1-2 gowns
Keep sake blanket
Pacifier 
Boppy helps out with breast feeding (otherwise just use pillows)
And go home outfit

Hospital provides, wipes and diapers soaps baby shampoo

I packed more than I needed. You really don't need that much. They will have everything for baby (diapers, creams etc.) all baby needs is going home outfit. I brought a nursing bra & just stayed in my gown (I was only there overnight) one thing that I glad I brought was shampoo/conditioner for a shower. That first shower is really amazing. I also brought a few snacks for after baby was born & I could eat again.

I had every single thing I could think of packed & all I really used was 2 sets of PJs for me (I didn't care about a cute coming home outfit), under garments, swaddle blankets, 2 outfits for the baby, a blanket for my fiancé, toiletries, and the car seat.
