In need of prayers/thoughts

I'm 10w2d with my 2nd pregnancy and started light spotting this morning. My OB told me to leave work and go home, stay off my feet and they want to see me at 3 for an ultrasound. My first pregnancy was uneventful, I know this may not mean that something catastrophic has happened but I'm terrified.
