How late is too late?

My periods are always weird... They sometimes come early they sometimes come late and only last for 2-4 days and are very light! I haven't had sex for about 7 months but I recently did this weekend... My period is due for today but I have had no symptoms... Though I don't think I'm pregnant.. How late should I wait til I start getting concerned?

If you had unprotected sex during your ovulation window, you can test as early as a few days before your expected period and as late as you want. If you have tested late and still getting a negative then chances are you're not pregnant and something else is going on. Or sometimes you can skip a period because of stress, change in diet, etc..
I have PCOS and used to go months without a period so really, there's no way to determine unless you take a test.
