Tmi is this bed bug bites?

I just moved to a new place a few months ago and I just a week and a half ago got what I thought was a million mosquito bites all on one leg like in a line running down my leg from my upper back and thigh till my knee area. I dismissed it saying eh wtvr. Now today I woke up and had a random itch on my side and picked up my shirt to see what it was that was itching me and found all these red spots. I looked on my back and there are a few also linear like. I sleep on my stomach tho and I had clothes on its weird. Granted when I got the leg bites I didn't so I cant tell what this is i just find it weird that as a stomach sleeper a habit ive been trying to break since my last pregnancy but fail lol that ide get so many mosquito bites on my stomach when I had a top on. I'm seriously thinking this is bed bugs. But I took off the sheet and only saw one tiny brown looking bug that was dead ive looked all through the top of my mattress if it was bed bugs would there be just one? Yuck im grossed out what do I do? I'm not even close to my drs office so it would be a trip with my infant all to distinguish bug bites any advice appreciated.
