UTI during pregnancy

I'm sorry I know this isn't controversial I didn't know where to post this and I need help! I have uti and I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I've had it for about three days now I haven't been to the doctor because I usually take azos and the pain only last a day but now I'm not sure what's going on and it seems the symptoms are something new everyday. Today I'm cramping pretty bad in my back. No blood or anything just very painful. Is this normal for a uti to last this long? Has anyone's uti lasted this long with cramping??? I'm just so scared for the sake of my baby. I've been taking Tylenol and meds for a uti but they only help so much.
