Why are less and less people using the TMI feature for their discharge and blood pictures?? I know these things are natural but Cmon! Totally pushing it!

Right?! When I'm scrolling through there are times I just don't want to see those pictures so I'm thankful for the tmi feature to warn me. But then there are the people who don't use it so you're stuck seeing things anyways.

I just "ew" and scroll past. 
A lot of people just post topics instead of choosing the picture option that then gives the TMI option. 
I guess it'd be nice if you could always have the TMI option. 
Or I guess it'd be nice if people could learn to use the app
