2 weeks off due date?

Hello! I just recently found out I was pregnant. Based on my last period I should be 7w4d. Went to have an ultrasound today and I measured 5w4d. So unfortunately we couldnt see a baby. Has anyone else had their due date change so much?

I've had 2 Ultrasounds, 2.5 weeks apart. The age between the 2 US was 3 days... Im now 3 weeks off original due date. I completely understand how you feel, and the concern you're having. It's just not settling until knowing there's a heartbeat & I'm still waiting to hear one too...

It can happen when youre so early the lmp is just an estimate. Did they schedule you for another they usually do if it changes that much

I've been told by my OB that a women is never pregnant for the first 2 weeks. Unless you know the exact date of conception it probably is off. I had my last period 12/11 and conceived 12/21 and they went by the date of conception to determine my due date since it is more accurate.

Yesss! I never got a first time ultra sound due to insurance so my first ultra sound was at 20 weeks ( gender ultra sound ) and my due date got pushed 12 days before the day it originally was.

Oh yeah! I thought I was 5 weeks and ended up being 7 weeks. Early on it can be hard to tell that's why they do the ultrasound and measure baby.

Yes - and this is absolutely normal - at 5 weeks 4 days all I could see was an itty bitty sack

When I found out I was pregnant based on my lmp I was at 8 weeks went in for an ultrasound and baby was measuring at 6 weeks, so my due date changed by 2 weeks. Based on my lmp I'm supposed to be due this weekend which is the 5th but based on the ultrasound I'm due August 20th but I'm getting induced on the 13th.
