Ouch! Look at my finger!

My wedding and engagement ring have gotten so tight bc I'm bloated! Please don't tell me to drink more bc I drink over a gallon a day! LOL it's not working!! I had to take my ring in today to get it 1/2 a size bigger. The same thing is happening on my other hand with my pandora rings... They're getting too tight and chaping my finger ONLY the finger I'm wearing my ring! Ugh! I can't be the only one! Btw I'm 10+4.
