Severe back pain!!

Anyone else having back pain so severe you cry? I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow and my back is beyond killing me, I even use a maternity support belt through out the day and still get pain once I'm home idk how much more I can take doctor can't do anything. Anyone else having this issue? Or have ideas/remedies that doesn't require acupuncture. I get massages from my SO but it's not all the time because he works and takes night classes.
