Infected belly button ring

So I got my belly button percent in March (at a nice and sanitary tattoo shop) and the guy who Pierced me said I could take it out in six months it's been six months but I'm not taking it out because I have an infection and I seem to not be able to get rid of it I know it's infected because pus comes out I'm doing the antibacterial soap and the Epsom salt soaks but I just can't seem to kick it any tips or tricks that could help?
