Confused

So at my last appt (17w) doc said my uterus was just below my belly button. I'm now 18w3d and I swear I feel more movement above my belly button than below it...maybe like an inch or less above my belly button. Is it possible that baby moved up that much in the last week and a half or is baby just kicking hard enough for it to feel like she's up that high?
