Blood in my urine ??

I had light cramping yesterday but after a few hours it stopped ...now today I whent to the bathroom and when I wipe my self there's was a light pink color ....waited a little and then I used the bathroom again and my pee was like brownish I think its blood .... called the nurse and she said to go in if its bright red ....has this happens to anyone ...I'm five and a half months pregnant ...
