Sympathy Symptoms

So I am almost a week late on my period. Like i said in an earlier post I'm not running out to get a PT or even getting my hopes up. Missing a period is not normal for me but has happened in the past. But tonight when my fiance came home he is feeling very nauseous and extremely fatigued. I know he had a very mentally stressful day at work today, but has anyone ever heard of or even had there husband or significant other have s/s of pregnancy before they did? If so, did it turn out you were actually pregnant?
