Confused... Help!

So normally I pms pretty badly. It starts about a week and a half before with super sensitive boobs and then I get constipated followed by the "period poops". And I cramp pretty badly with my periods. This month none of that happened. No breast tenderness. No period poops. My period was two days late but has been really light. Normally I bleed really heavy from the beginning. On Tuesday We had sex at 11. I took a nap and woke up around 4:30 and went to the bathroom and there was the bitch AF. Normally I have pink on the tissue a few hours before. Again not this time. Today is day 3. Normally the first night or two I bleed heavy but the past two nights I've had clean pads. So ultimately my question is this. Could I be pregnant? ( I tested a week ago and BFN) or could this be something changing with my body? Has anyone ever experienced this? I haven't even hardly cramped except a little bit on the first day but it was nothing like normal. This is so unusual for me and very weird. I feel weird. Does that even make sense? Someone... Anyone... Advice please?!?!
