I did not ovulate this month which I do every single month and period is ALWAYS on time exactly. could this mean I'm pregnant if I didn't ovulate? this is a serious question. not a question for anyone to shame me on.

It is 100% normal for your period to be late. And you stressing about it is probably messing with it too. If it doesn't come after 2 weeks take a test. Just try to relax.
