Confused
now I'm totally confused....I usually have 3 days of AF. If I spot beforehand it's for a few hours and then flow begins...but I spotted browny pink Wednesday late afternoon which never really came of anything all day Thursday until about 9pm that night when it a little heavier and more of a dark red. I wore a tampon today but when I got home from work about 2 hours ago I haven't needed to replace it....there's nothing. My bbt at the end of my last cycle started to drop but raised a little on the first day of spotting so when it got heavier the next night I assumed af had shown its ugly head and started the new cycle. As if to confirm this my bbt this morning dropped below the last cycle cover line but now I don't know if I can class this as af? I don't normally suffer from cramps but this time it's been a twinge fest! What do all of you think? 😳🤔
