What helped you go into labor ?

Im 38 weeks going on 39 & i am not dialated AT ALL 😩 Im trying to walk , squat , sex anything & nothing is working . What worked for you mommys ?

I bounced on an exercise ball for like 3 hours for 2 days.. 3rd day my water broke on my due date!!! It worked!! I wasn't dilated or anything!! I was barely even dialated when I got to the hospital haha!! Good luck!! Hope it happens soon!!

Just waiting. Your baby and your body work together when the time is right. You have to wait for that time.

Squeezing ur nipples and try to squeez out little fluid. Do that every day for 15min. If you can do it 3times a day

I ate tons of pineapple and did a lot of walking. I would've tried sex but Hubby thought I was crazy and refused to help induce labor lol at 39 I got my membranes swept and it put me into labor 15 hours later
