Good to know about herbal supplements!

I was about to buy an herbal fertility tea off Amazon, but I thought I'd better look up to make sure it was safe. Herbal supplements aren't regulated by anyone. I found this article

And about half the ingredients in the tea are on the Avoid while trying to conceive and while pregnant!

The rest of this is kind of a rant. I know a lot of you want to conceive again right away, and this herbal fertility Tea claims it helps you ovulate and such, but I'm going to be cautious because while I want a baby desperately I'm not willing to risk something bad happening because I believed a product designed to rip off vulnerable women. It makes me mad that products like this even exist! Rant over. Sorry
