Hemmroid help

Any of you ladies have any quick remedies for painful hemorrhoids and theu don't bleed they just hurt really really bad like I can't sleep they hurt so bad and I constantly keep a little makeup pad with witch hazel and hemorrhoid cream between my butt cheeks while I'm sleep and anytime I'm laying down at home but while I'm on my feet at work for 5 to 7 hours it becomes almost unbearable at the end of my shift...if I wasn't pregnant Id go to the hospital but I know this is just a pregnancy symptom and they can't do anything for me
