Snapped!!
Everything seems to push me over the edge these past two fays. I'm not sure if it has to do with hormones or life strrsses. But, issues with my boyfriend acting like a selfish baby and my 3 yo constantly in my face and pretending I am a jungle gym. I just want to scream!!! I'm not handling situations with the usual calmness I have and I haven't gone to the gym in the past 3 days on account of how tired I have been.
Is anyone feeling this way too? How do you handle the stress?
