Girls what's going on with me

I just started the pill a couple weeks ago. My period is normally due in like 3 days but I've been experiencing the most painful cramps down in my pelvic area. What is this? Am I pregnant lol? Is this normal? (this is my first time on the pill) I'm feeling really sick too
