My boyfriend doesn't really care that I'm depressed?

Idk.. my boyfriend is wonderful and I love him dearly, we've been together for a year and a half. I've been really depressed recently, and opened up to him about it this morning. we were texting and he just asked me if I wanted to talk about it and offered me a few words of advice and that was it.. I told him I felt alone, he didn't say anything, not even that he loved me? I thought that was super weird.. He hasn't been talking to me all too much the past week (we're long distance) and we haven't facetimed since Tuesday. This morning he told me he'd text me later but he never did. This is when I need him most, and I feel like he's not there.. If he ever told me he felt depressed I'd drop everything I could to help him out. I just feel kinda sad. What should I do? :(
