Doesn't taste right..

This might seem strange or be tmi, but my boyfriends spunk.. Just doesn't taste right. I can't really describe the taste, but its just not normal. My only concern is that it could be a sign of a health problem. If any of you have experience with something similar, please comment.

Also, if after investigation I find that this could be something relative to a health issue, how do I tell him?
