My Boyfriend lost interest in having sex

So I've been beggi my boyfriend to have sex with me for the past 3 weeks now, and he won't do it. But everytime He wants a blow job or a handy I give it to him. But when I ask if we can have sex he always tells me no & that he's tired, but he can stay up all night playing his video games.
