Pregnancy loss

Went in to the ER yesterday morning with some bleeding and cramping. They ran all the normal tests, did a pelvic exam, and an ultrasound. Blood work came back with hcg levels really low, only 120 when it should be in the thousands right now. The ultrasound showed a tiny sack which could have been early pregnancy like barely 4 wks (which I know it wasn't cause I took a pregnancy test a little over two weeks ago and it said positive 2-3 putting me about 4-5 wks then), or unfortunately miscarriage. Woke up this morning and sure enough I lost the baby. Now I'm severely bleeding, clotting, and having major cramps. Sorry tmi. I've had miscarriages before but they've always been at 4 weeks so Idk if this one hurts more because I'm slightly further along or what. Ugh a little emotional.
