Weird vagina changes ... ???

Question

I'm 26 weeks 3 days 
Recently I've noticed , on the inside of my vagina lips there's white stuff like on the inside , I though maybe it was discharge so I tried washing it away but it didn't ...
Thought maybe it was a yeast infection ?
Could I have a yeast infection and not itch ? 
Going to see a dr tomorrow but still I'm concerned and wondering if any other pregnant mommys had this ?

Yes, the two yeast infections I had didn't itch nor smell! I just noticed the difference in my discharge and I also got a mirror and open up my lips and seen the yeast just sitting up there! So yes definitely go and get checked out..

Could be nothing but let your OB swab you and look at it... I know this sounds weird, but did you smell your underwear??? Lol, yeast has a sweet, bread dough smell... Would be a good indicator it's probably a yeast over growth, but it would also just be discharge that has clumped and dried, especially if it's on the outside and in your creases, but let them check it out because of it is yeast and it's just early better to handle it now, because a yeast infection while pregnant is like an entirely different beast!! Not fun at all!!!

I had this white/white clumps when I would wipe. Out of curiosity I used my phone to take video of my gentials to see down there. I mentioned it to my OB and she said I had a vaginal yeast infection. So definately mention it, could be early stages if it doesn't itch or burn because it can eventually!
