Post-brazillian wax

I had a brazillian yesterday morning, the swelling and redness is gone but I'm still tender. Which I expected for a few days honestly. However, I took a look and can see that I'm only tender on one side because there's roughly 10 tiny zits (white heads) they're very sore when I touched them and I don't want to pop them and possibly cause more harm then good. I use with hazel for pretty much everything, is it safe to use a cotton pad and wipe a bit on them to keep them clean and hopefully make them go away sooner?
