What do you guys think if the occasional one glass of wine every now and then through out pregnancy

What's the point? You can only have a few sips, and even then science can not say if that is safe, so might as well skip out on and wait for baby. If it's not something that can benefit the development of your baby why risk it.

My doctor said red wine is fine. I loooove red wine, but I haven't had any because I know if I have some ill want more than just 1 glass. So far I've just had a sip or two if someone else gets a glass.

I think it's fine. I personally haven't drank because I know if I ope a bottle of wine I'm going to want a second glass and the next night I'm probably going to want another one.

I was a 2-3 glass of wine a day kind of gal before my BFP. I avoided it completely in the first 16 weeks but now I've had a few sips of my husbands. Mostly when we have steak 😝. I don't think I'll ever have more then half a glass though and I follow it with copious amounts of water. You do you, just stick to one for sure.
